All products are made and produced in-house!

Refunds/Returns/Exchanges?
All orders are final sale. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. Please reach out to us if you have any questions or issues with your order!
Custom Orders?
As of August 2023, we have begun offering CUSTOM Template listings on our site!
You will be able to attach photos to these listings for us to then put together and design for you 🤩
Please note: As these will be CUSTOM MADE, these will need to be individually designed and put together in the studio before processing and printing. This may extend the wait up to an additional 1 week.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
As all products on our shop are Made-to-Order, we ask to please give us 3-4 weeks for Processing, Production, Packing and Drop off!
Most orders are shipped before 3 weeks. We appreciate your patience during our high order volume times.
If your order is needed before a specific date (like a concert or festival), please dm or email us! We are happy to expedite.

Once you receive your tracking number:
USA Customers: you should receive your order in 2-8 business days.
International Customers: you should receive your order in 1-3 weeks.
My order is stuck at "Ready to Ship" or "Label Created"
This generally means it is a large order week and your package will be dropped off alongside other packages in the order batch within 1 week from that initial shipment notification!
Order Batches?
We complete processing, production, packing and shipping orders in batches. Your order may simply be in a batch that is awaiting to be completed for drop off!
We are always working to get your orders out as fast as we can, rest assured. Thank you for your patience and understanding! We truly appreciate it. (:
Garment availability agreement:
*Due to garment availability, theinsidedogs may need to use alternative garments to fulfill your order. We prioritize quality. Garments will always be replaced/substituted with like garments.*
Lost/Stolen Packages:
Our team is NOT liable for any LOST or STOLEN packages. Once a package has been shipped out, it is out of our hands and the shipping service is held liable for your package. We do not offer refunds or exchanges.
