Shipping policy
How long does it take for my order to arrive?
As all products on our shop are Made-to-Order, we ask to please give us 3-4 weeks for Processing, Production, Packing and Order Drop off.
(Please Note: PREORDERS will have their own timelines and ETAs.)
USA Customers: Once you receive your tracking number, you should receive your order in 2-8 business days.
International Customers: Once you receive your tracking number, you should receive your order in 1 to 3 weeks.
My order is stuck at "Ready to Ship" or "Label Created"
This generally means it is a large order week and your package will be dropped off alongside other packages within 1 week from that initial shipment notification!
We complete, pack and ship orders in batches. Your order may simply be in a batch that is awaiting to be completed for drop off!
